When you chose a Level 2 Home Survey?
A Level 2 Home Survey is typically suitable if:
- The property is built using standard materials
- It is relatively modern (post-1900 construction)
- No major alterations or structural changes are planned
- You want a professional overview without the scope of a full building survey
If the property is older, altered, or in poor condition, a RICS Level 3 Building Survey may be more appropriate.
