He specialises in detailed condition surveys, building pathology, and heritage-led reporting, bringing strong technical judgment and clear, structured advice.

Alan Cowie FRICS, ACIArb

Chartered Building Surveyor

Alan is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over fifty years of professional experience and formerly operated the practice Peter Fall Cowie. He provides senior technical leadership, expert advice, and quality assurance across the practice, drawing on a distinguished career in surveying, heritage conservation, and dispute resolution.

Luke Henderson BSc (Hons), AssocRICS

Project Manager & Building Surveyor

Luke is a Project Manager and Building Surveyor experienced in managing complex refurbishments, listed building projects, and multi-disciplinary construction schemes. Acting as Principal Designer, he leads on CDM, design coordination, and project delivery while also undertaking detailed building surveys across the region. Luke is currently on the pathway to chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Tony is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience across residential and commercial property. He provides senior-level expertise in inspections, valuation, and building pathology, delivering clear, reliable advice supported by decades of professional practice.

Emily Nicholson

Apprentice Building Surveyor

Emily is an Apprentice Building Surveyor supporting the practice on residential and commercial surveying tasks. Working alongside senior surveyors, Emily is building strong hands-on experience whilst working towards her degree.

Ian Anderson MRICS

Consultant Chartered Surveyor

Ian is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in valuation surveying across residential and commercial property. He brings extensive experience in RICS Red Book–compliant valuations, asset assessment, and market analysis, providing clients with clear, accurate, and dependable professional advice.

Robert Green BSc (Hons), AssocRICS

Building Surveyor

Robert is a Building Surveyor with a strong technical eye for detail. Specialising in defect diagnosis and technical reporting, he brings experience from both local authority and private-sector surveying roles. Methodical and precise, he supports a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Robert is also on the pathway to chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Tracy Reid MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, MSCL

Consultant Chartered Surveyor

Tracy is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager with more than three decades of experience delivering major construction, education, and heritage projects. Alongside her project leadership, she undertakes detailed building surveys and professional reporting across residential and commercial sectors. Known for her strategic insight and deep technical knowledge, she oversees complex programmes and ensures high standards of compliance, risk management, and client service.
