As a close-knit team, we take pride in providing expert advice and tailored solutions to our clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our practice, focusing on conducting Level 2 & 3 Surveys.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with registered valuer status
• SAVA graduates are also considered
•  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•  Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
•  A proactive and professional approach to work

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a variety of residential & commercial properties.
• Experience in preparing Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations would be an advantage.
• Prepare clear and thorough reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
• Offer expert guidance to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering timely and professional survey reports.
