Our drone inspections are provided by SAR Drone services and can be added to a survey from as little as £99 + vat.

We provide high resolution photographs using the latest drone technology to find defects in buildings which would not normally be possible without scaffolding.

High resolution images are taken at close range are examined in detail to identify problems with roofs, gutters, flashings or anything that is not visible from ground level.

We report on the issues we have found and provide you with the approximate costings for any repair work.

The photographs are mapped onto a key clearly showing the location and position. All the drone images are sent to you to keep.

Until recent times an inspection of a building's roof would require scaffolding that could run into thousands of pounds, and with modern health and safety laws was the only way to complete the job safely. Now, using the latest drone technology, it is possible to safely carry out a roof survey of any building, regardless of height or complexity of design, for a fraction of the cost. This includes commercial and residential properties of all dimensions.

My name is Simon Hughes. I operate SAR Drone Services. I am a fully qualified, licensed and insured drone pilot. I provide high resolution photographs at a close range in order to create a detailed map of all areas and features of a buildings roof, including images that would be impossible to capture without the use of a drone. The photos are then mapped onto a key clearly showing the location and position relative to each other, facilitating quick and accurate reference.The client receives a copy of all collected data at no extra cost and then it is passed on to Cowie Consulting in order for them to interpret the results and address any issues that have become apparent.
